Kitchen crew
ASA Student is recruiting for Kitchen Staff to run the Self Service Restaurant for the crew of Cirque du Soleil. We offer positions like: Dining Room Attendants, Prep Cooks and Dish Washers.
Prep Cooks
We are looking for creative, qualified Prep Cooks, working 35 to 40 hours per week. You will be working flexible hours, from Tuesday to Sunday.
As a Prep Cook you will be part of an international team, in which you will be working under supervision of the Chef. Your responsibilities are: mise en place, preparing cold table, sauces & dressings and desserts and helping the Chef preparing the menu.
Our ideal candidate is a certified Prep Cook with a few years of experience in a professional kitchen.
Dish Washers
We are recruiting for vibrant, outgoing and relaxed crew members doing the mechanical and hand dishes for the Cirque du Soleil Kitchen, 20 to 40 hours per week. (Both vacancies for part- and fulltimers). You will be working flexible hours, from Tuesday to Sunday.
As a Dish Washer you will be part of the international team. Your responsibilities are: washing dishes, helping chef with reception & stocking of supplies, general cleaning, put away garbage, put away deliveries.
Dining Room Attendants
We are recruiting for vibrant, outgoing and relaxed crew members for the positions of Dining Room Assistants in the Self Service Restaurant for crew only. You will be working fulltime from Tuesday to Sunday, flexible hours.
As a Dining Room Attendant you will be working in an international team, under supervision of the Chef.
Your responsibilities are: clean dining room area, handle money, sell meals to temporary staff, helping chef with reception & stocking of supplies, translate delivery, making coffee, refill fridges & supplies, help in kitchen, help with dishwasher.

· Willing to work irregular hours including evening- and weekend shifts
